Program Overview
The Youth Career Exploration Program at Westchester Barber & Beauty Academy is a dynamic hands-on enrichment experience designed for students ages 11 to 15 who are curious about barbering, braiding, beauty, and entrepreneurship.
This program blends technical skill-building, life skills, and business fundamentals in a structured, supportive environment that promotes confidence, creativity, and professionalism.
Students are introduced to real career pathways while developing character, responsibility, and leadership skills — all rooted in our 11 Pillars:

These extended programs will be offered based on family interest and enrollment demand.
