​The Westchester Beauty Academy opened its doors June, 2022. Building off the success of our highly recommended barbering program, we strive for excellence in our quickly growing cosmetology program to help you become proficient in styling all hair types (including textured hair).

Our Full time Cosmetology course consists of 1000 hours. The cost of the program is $15,500 (tools, textbook, ebook and licensing fees included) this can be paid in full or via a payment plan.

Payment plan breakdown:

• Initial down payment of $4,300.36 and registration fee of $100.00 ($4,400.36 Down payment with registration fee)
• Weekly payments of $326.46 for a total of 34 weeks

Class Schedule Options:
Our school has a rolling admission where new students start class the 1st Tuesday in
every month.

• Full-Time (30 hours per week): 9:00am to 3:30pm, Tuesday through Saturday. (Approximately 8.5 months to complete) or
• Part-Time (20 hours per week): 4:00pm to 9:00pm Tuesday through Friday. (Approximately 11.5 months to complete)

​Process of enrollment:

1. Social security card
2. Birth Certificate
3. Required high school Diploma (HSD) General Equivalency Diploma (GED), current high school report card or transcript. If you do not have a HSD or GED, WBA will administer an Ability to Benefit (ATB) exam prior to enrolling.
4. If you have a HSD from a foreign country, you must submit a notarized translation and a copy of the original document.
5. Must be 17 years of age at the time of graduation.
6. Proof of address
7. Photo Identification.

9. $4,400.36 down payment & $100 registration fee
10. **Barber License if applicable (an active barber license will reduced the require hours by 190 hours)
